L'Oreal anyone?
This posting is a little late, but two friday nights ago, the kids wanted to do my makeup.
So,...I let them.
They think it is the greatest thing. They all chipped in and gave me quite the look.

(What you can't see is the eyeshadow in my ear.)
I realize this may damage the pristine ideal you have of me (HA!), but we sure had a great time that night.
I am determined to stop and take the time for more of these small and simple pleasures more often -- no matter the outcome. :)

I actually laughed out loud when I read about the eyeshadow in your ear. That is so funny. And also so incredibly wonderful of you. I'm impressed at how you take the time to pay attention to the little things that make your kids happy and to what they need in life according to each of their personalities. I love it!
You are such a fantastic mom. I don't know if I could be that cool but I will have to try. Thanks for the inspiration.
You ARE such a good mommy! So how does your eye shadow look now? And I think you need some hot pink lipstick too!
Love it! Thanks for sharing!
I'll admit, my eyeshadow took a bit of a beating, but I don't mind. I did have a little bit of bright red lipliner on, but clearly not enough.
Good for you being such a fun mom. I am happy to say that my girls have never yet asked to do my makeup so I haven't had to say no! I know that I wouldn't have come out quite as well as you did... Olivia has her own H.M. makeup set and some hair glitter too. Oh boy, I would look pretty fancy! You look gorgeous as always.
Ha, what pristine ideal are you talking about? That was shattered long ago- hee hee!
