Hello World!!

...blogging world that is! I have ventured into the land where so many have gone before -- but that doesn't mean I'm a follower. No indeed. I am merely succombing to peer pressure. (That's better than being a follower right?!) :) I shall now be able to refer to myself as a "blogger." I get to join the league of fellow "bloggers" and put my thoughts out into the vast sea of computer land and...

Okay. Enough right? I know it's not that big of a deal, but I couldn't think of a better introduction for myself into the blogging kingdom.

So here it is...my blog, and subsequently, my first post. Don't be afraid or embarassed for me. I have great hopes of getting better at this.
